MetroASAP and the MetroASAP name and marks are used by TasLogic to identify the multi-tenant municipal software platform and related services. App Store Connect listings should use the copyright line "2026 TasLogic" (year of rights ownership followed by the rights owner; do not put a URL in that field).
Ownership
The MetroASAP software, documentation, branding assets, and related materials are owned by TasLogic or its licensors. Municipalities that license MetroASAP receive a right to use the service under their agreement with TasLogic; they do not acquire ownership of the platform software itself.
Content that a municipality or its users enter into the platform (for example work orders, permits, public records, and city-authored notices) remains subject to that municipality's ownership, public-records duties, and applicable law.
Trademarks
MetroASAP, the MetroASAP logo, and other product names and logos appearing in the service are trademarks or trade names of TasLogic or third parties. You may not use TasLogic or MetroASAP marks without prior written permission, except as needed for truthful references to the product.
Third-party materials
The platform may include or link to third-party libraries, maps, payment processors, AI providers, and other services. Those materials remain subject to their own copyright and license terms.
